Hello, I am Benjamin Prigent, product design lead at Pigment.
I build cash-positive digital products that help people reach their goals.

About me
Designer and product builder
I’m currently a Product Design Lead at Pigment where I work on AI agents for financial planning. My main value add comes from business experience, I approach design as a tool for revenue and leverage, and I tend to think in terms of systems.
Before Pigment, I founded two companies. I sold one early; the other I ran for two and a half years before shutting it down. After that, I joined a venture studio to learn how to structure innovation more deliberately. Later, I spent three years at Meta, where I learned what building at scale really means, and how systems, process, and organization shape outcomes.

Ambient AI agents (the agents that run in the background) are reshaping work. Yet product designers are missing a shared design language for building them. This article introduces seven UX patterns that let agents act autonomously while keeping humans in the loop and in control.

What behavioral science has to say about user interface performance

Behavioral science offers powerful insights into why certain design decisions influence actions more effectively than others. In this article, I explore how some psychological mechanisms shape user behavior, using real-life web examples and scientific research.

AI product development: navigating the uncertainty of probabilistic features
7/12/2025
AI is changing how we build products. Traditional loops like Build, Verify, Measure break down when what we build is probabilistic. In this article, I explore how AI disrupts standard product workflows, then I propose a solution.
